When you decide to list your property with Style Plus or through the Style Plus Premium Service, we will market it as a Style Plus property to guests who are looking for a temporary home. All marketing tasks are included in our services and cost you nothing extra. Depending on the typical guest profile for your property, we actively market your property through our own channels and through local and international housing and accommodation portals and travel booking platforms.
For example, we have our own online shop where your property can be made available around the clock to accept reservations. We can also list your property on well-known accommodation booking platforms such as Booking.com, Hotels.com, Tripadvisor and Airbnb along with dedicated property website and booking engine
You also have access to our active and effective sales team, which will help to fill up your property with guests who are looking for flexible accommodation options. As we have approximately 300 corporate accounts with employees staying in our properties, we are usually able to find the best guest for your property from among our existing customers.

Who will stay in my apartment?
Style Plus offers corporate accommodation services to more than 150 large multinational companies in Edinburgh, Glasgow, London, Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, New Castle and Swindon, Thus, the typical Style Plus guest is a senior business executive who needs accommodation for a medium and long-term stay basis (one month or longer). The average stay period of our guests is three months. Outside of corporate guests, we also host embassy staff, freelancers and individual business travellers.
What happens when there is no tenant?
Keeping the apartments under rent is our responsibility. As far as you are concerned, your property is occupied 100% of the time. So, even if there is no tenant during a specific period, you have nothing to worry about, as Style Plus guarantees to pay the rent.
Should my apartment be furnished or unfurnished in order for Style Plus Group to lease it?
In most cases we prefer to take furnished properties and furnish them. With that said, we do examine each property on a case-by-case basis. If your property is unfurnished, we will need to review and discuss the available options.
What happens if a guest damages the property?
While we have rarely experienced any recorded damages, Style Plus is liable to the owner for any potential damages. Furthermore, since we address all maintenance issues, we ensure that every property stays in impeccable condition at all times.
